Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of QuduHub. We believe in clear, proportionate rules that reflect how our software actually works—without copied legal boilerplate or deceptive guarantees.
1. Service Overview & Pre-Launch (Beta) Notice
QuduHub is a unified AI workspace designed for conversational intelligence, research, document exploration, and digital creation. It is operated under Pixra, an independently operated, founder-led product initiative.
Pre-Launch Preview Notice: QuduHub is currently in active beta and pre-launch preview. Features, user interfaces, storage quotas, model integrations, and underlying backend systems may be modified, improved, or temporarily unavailable as infrastructure evolves. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge and accept its active development status.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
To use QuduHub, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age for digital services in your jurisdiction).
- Authentication via Google: When creating a synchronized account, you authenticate using Google OAuth 2.0. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and for all activities conducted through your session.
- Guest Mode: You may explore the workspace locally without signing in. In guest mode, you are responsible for maintaining your local browser data.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
We ask all users to use QuduHub constructively and respectfully. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Infrastructure Abuse: Performing automated scraping, data harvesting, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or placing excessive automated loads on our APIs or databases.
- Security Circumvention: Attempting to probe, scan, or bypass authentication tokens, rate limits, deactivation gates, or access controls.
- Unlawful or Harmful Generation: Using generative AI features to produce malware, facilitate unauthorized system access, conduct fraud, or generate abusive, infringing, or illegal material.
- Unauthorized Commercial Reselling: Sublicensing, proxying, or reselling direct programmatic access to QuduHub internal microservice endpoints without written authorization.
Violations of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension or deactivation of access.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the prompts, text, code, documents, and files you upload or input into QuduHub. You grant QuduHub a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, compress, store, and transmit your content solely to the extent necessary to provide the workspace experience, synchronize your sessions, and generate AI responses.
Platform Intellectual Property
The QuduHub platform, brand names, visual styling, custom components, icons, and software codebase are the proprietary property of Pixra and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the platform interface without prior permission.
5. AI Outputs & Operational Limitations
Artificial intelligence models generate responses probabilistically. While QuduHub is engineered to assist with analytical and technical workflows, you must be aware of the following fundamental limitations:
- Potential Inaccuracy: AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Models can generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect assertions (“hallucinations”).
- No Professional Warranty: Outputs from QuduHub do not constitute certified legal, medical, financial, or architectural advice.
- Duty to Verify: You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating any code, formulas, research summaries, or critical decisions derived from AI outputs before deploying or relying on them in production.
6. Availability, Maintenance & Termination
As part of pre-launch preview operations:
- Service Updates: We may update, improve, or alter features, rate limits, or supported models at any time to preserve platform performance.
- Temporary Downtime: While we aim for high availability, services may occasionally experience scheduled maintenance or unexpected cloud provider interruptions.
- Account Termination: You may deactivate or delete your account at any time via your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
“As Is” Provision: QuduHub is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixra, its founder, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or inability to use the service; (b) any third-party model conduct or content; or (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
8. Operator Status, Inquiries & Legal Decisions
In keeping with our commitment to transparency:
- Operator Status: Pixra is an independently operated, founder-led product initiative in pre-launch preview, founded by Radhe Bharadwaj.
- Unresolved Legal Items: Formal incorporation, registered company identity, and governing jurisdiction are currently pending corporate formalization and will be published upon filing. We intentionally do not invent fictional registered entity names or addresses.
- Contact: All notices, questions, or concerns regarding these terms should be addressed to contact@quduhub.com.
